June 12, 2010 post date by Megan So I decided to change my weigh in days back to Fridays. I do way better during the week, so if i see a loss on fridays, then that will just motivate me that much more, but when i see a gain, that just frustrates me lol So i weighed in yesterday and apparently lost 4.7 pounds since Tuesday, haha! Will see how i do next Friday I guess 🙂 Anyways just wanted to update everyone. If you check out my stats page, you will see I updated my new goals. 🙂 I think they should be more doable. Seeing too high of a goal I think was getting me discouraged cause i didn’t make them. Now the goals are set at 1.5 pounds a week, I can do that! 😀 Hope everyone has an awesome weekend!
