my100poundyear over?

So, October 8th marked the year anniversary of “my100poundyear” .  Time sure flies, can not believe it has been over a year now. wow.

So the year has ended and I did not reach the 100 pounds in 1 year.  I lost 26-28 pounds in the year time frame I had wanted.  Am I dissapointed?  Not really… any loss is a good loss and I am 28 or so pounds lighter now than I was then, so that is awesome!

My new goal now will be to lose the full 100 pounds by Christmas, I can do that 🙂 considering that is just 13.9 more pounds to lose in that time frame lol which is 1.4 pounds a week.  I would like to be at least 52 pounds lighter though by my 37th birthday 🙂 (1lb a week) So we shall see.

I will update my goals and stats shortly.  Hope everyone is doing well and continuing to lose the weight!  Thanks for reading and all the support, it means a lot to me! xo

    Hi my name is Christine,

I am on a similar journey to yourself. I have so far lost 154.323 pounds since February this year. In my country we go by kgs, so I have lost 70kgs. I want to lose 100kgs by Christmas, but I won’t be do worried if I don’t due to what I have lost already. When I first started, I was 177.8 kg = 391.981 lb

I am finding it more difficult now, as the physical side there is no problem, it is more the mental side. I know that I will get through it all.

I wish you all the success in the world, I know that if I can lose the above, you can do it too. Best wishes, Christine
