July 7, 2012April 4, 2017 post date by Megan A long time since I wrote here, I appologize.. I originally made my goal as 155 pounds but I realized that was 3 years ago and I was in a different age bracket then… age 18-34 is supposed to weigh 118-155 and age 35 and up should be 130-167 for my height according to Richard Simmons. I have never been thin and I am now almost 38 years old, so I am changing my new goal weight to 167. Although anything less than i am now will be great. lol Like i said, I have never been thin, so who knows, once i get under 200 that might be ok for me since I don’t know what that is like as an adult. Have only lost 3 pounds since the beginning of the year, but thats ok.. I haven’t gained what i lost back, so that is great!! 🙂 I took a new picture of me today, I bought a new outfit to workout in, so figured why not get a pic. 🙂 Will post my before picture and picture from today here and you can be the judge hehe. I still go to my gym, pretty regularly actually 🙂 I try to go on my own at least twice a week and i see my trainer twice a week as well, but our sessions end in 5 weeks or so. boo! 🙁 until i can afford more that is haha. so from august to march or so, I won’t have a trainer, but thats ok since i am going on my own as well. I will just miss her.. a lot. 🙁 Anyhoo, will post my pics now… hope everyone is doing well, thanks for reading! Will try and post more often.
