Stats, goals and more…

A long time since I wrote here, I appologize..

I originally made my goal as 155 pounds but I realized that was 3 years ago and I was in a different age bracket then… age 18-34 is supposed to weigh 118-155 and age 35 and up should be 130-167 for my height according to Richard Simmons.  I have never been thin and I am now almost 38 years old, so I am changing my new goal weight to 167.  Although anything less than i am now will be great. lol  Like i said, I have never been thin, so who knows, once i get under 200 that might be ok for me since I don’t know what that is like as an adult.

Have only lost 3 pounds since the beginning of the year, but thats ok.. I haven’t gained what i lost back, so that is great!! 🙂

I took a new picture of me today, I bought a new outfit to workout in, so figured why not get a pic. 🙂  Will post my before picture and picture from today here and you can be the judge hehe.

I still go to my gym, pretty regularly actually 🙂 I try to go on my own at least twice a week and i see my trainer twice a week as well, but our sessions end in 5 weeks or so. boo! 🙁 until i can afford more that is haha. so from august to march or so, I won’t have a trainer, but thats ok since i am going on my own as well.  I will just miss her.. a lot. 🙁

Anyhoo, will post my pics now… hope everyone is doing well, thanks for reading! Will try and post more often.

    WOW! WOW! WOW!! THERE IS A HUGE (and I mean huge!!) difference in both your pictures. YOU can see a lot of the weight coming off!! Keep up the good work Megan!! You are so dedicated and doing very well for yourself.
    By the end of this year, there will be a BRAND NEW MEGAN!! no one will recognize her!!

    So awesome to see your post on Facebook again. I’ve been out of touch for awhile but nice to see you are still keeping on. You’re definitely going to meet your goal Megan, keep saying it every day until you feel it!

    haha Angie, the before picture was taken over 3 years ago, so thats why the huge difference.. it wont be as big of a difference by the end of this year. 🙂 but im stick trekkin along..
