I haven’t posted in awhile, wish when I did it would be better news. 🙁 I am sorry to say that I have regained 36 pounds of the 80 I had lost.  Been going through things with work that just really got me down, so I turned to food(as addicts do), now that things are better, it is hard to get out of the eating badly and no exercise.

But seeing this morning that I gained 36 pounds has motivated me to start over!!  At one point I was 290 and even back and forth between 284 and 290, and now I am 325.8!! That is horrible 🙁  I have all the tools to be successful, so there is no reason for this! I have a bunch of wii exercise games, lots of dvds, a gym membership…. I even had an awesome trainer.  I also have wraps from It Works! that helps to tighten, tone and firm the loose skin..(#mce_temp_url#) so there is no reason for this at all!

So I am writing to say this is the first day of the rest of my life.. I need to get back on track NOW. I am not getting any younger, will be 39 in October. ack.  Have yet to have a child(which I want desperately!)and can not have one at this size.

I am off work all week and will be getting refamiliar to my gym. The last time I was there was the end of April with my trainer.  The last time on my own was probably a month before that…

Will try and write in my blog more often.  Thanks for reading! Feel free to comment, i need all the support I can get!!

My understanding is that relapses are common in recover… I almost feel like I “relapse” and recover every day, multiple times… remember each moment is a new moment to make a better decision.

    Hey Megan,

I can relate. I yoyo up and down between 5-7 lbs at times. Times do get stressful. And when you plateau it does get discouraging and its easy to give up. But now that you have some motivation, just keep pushing forward.
